For more than a decade, Mr. Britell has overseen technical and physical upgrades on multimillion-dollar government and private projects. His accomplishments include managing the technical security upgrades at U.S. Embassies worldwide, along with coordinating and administering construction of the Old Executive Office Building and West Wing of the White House. Mr. Timothy Britell's military background includes 10 years with the Army Reserves. He holds an Aeronautical Science Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Christopher A. Morin Partner, Business Development/ Marketing
Mr. Morin’s expertise includes nearly 20 years experience in physical and technical security design, design production and construction for a wide range of federal facilities. His background is crucial to developing turnkey security solutions for the high-risk needs of Orion’s clients. Mr. Morin has extensive international experience, working in seven countries on three continents. He is a 1985 graduate of American Military Engineers, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The Society of American Military Engineers has honored Mr. Morin with its Distinguished Graduate Award.

Andrew P. Britell Partner, Operations
Mr. Britell possesses more than 18 years of combined military and civilian experience in both the domestic and international arenas. His work in high threat, classified operations provides valuable insight for developing and implementing top-level security systems. His military experience began as an Army Aviator in the Special Forces in 1986. He held several leadership roles during his 13 years in the Maryland Air National Guard's 104th Fighter Squadron and Massachusetts Air National Guard's 101st Fighter Squadron including F-15 and A-10 Aircraft Commander, Multi-Ship Flight Lead and Mission Commander. His military duties continue as a Civil Air Patrol Liaison Officer for the United States Air Force Reserve. An accomplished pilot, Mr. Andrew Britell earned the distinguished rank of Top Gun in Air Force Fighter Lead-in Training. He graduated Cum Laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1988 with a Professional Aeronautics Degree.
Kurt P. Gutierrez Partner, Finance/ Contracts
Mr. Gutierrez possesses extensive domestic and international business, finance and contracts experience. He was a director of a company that built and operated the first ISP backbone in Iraq. His background includes being Vice President for World Wide Sales for Danaher Linear Motion, and Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing for Corning Cable Systems. Responsibilities included the development and execution of global commercial strategies and tactics. He earned a BS in General Engineering, United States Military Academy, and an MBA from Saint Thomas University, St. Paul, Minnesota, and is a graduate of US Army Ranger School (Airborne). |
