ORION is financially strong with an impressive record of growth since the company acquired its first contract in 2001. A major factor in our success has been our ability to attract and retain highly qualified security professionals. ORION pays for a wide variety of certifications and training for our employees. We also pay to acquire clearances for all of our employees. Currently 85% of ORION employees hold an active DOD clearance. Of those almost half have an active Top Secret clearance and we are in the process of processing all remaining employees for a top secret clearance. ORION'S financial strength has enabled the company to acquire and maintain a more than adequate bonding capacity.
